ILLINOIS — Lotto players have a shot at nearly $18 million after the jackpot rolled once again.The Lotto jackpot for Thursday night's drawing has grown to $17.9 million. It's the largest jackpot for the Illinois-only game since December 2018 when a single ticket, bought at a gas station in Prospect Heights, matched all of the numbers for a $22.5 million win. Police say Arnold and Goncalves may be traveling in a 2010 Honda Accord with the Massachusetts license plate 3SCG24. ST. LOUIS - An investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot Thursday morning in St. Louis' West End neighborhood. The shooting happened around 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the 5600 block of Bartmer Avenue. When police arrived to the scene, they found the victim deceased. He reportedly suffered several gunshot wounds. The chat was dated Sept. 28, 2021. ST. LOUIS - A judge sentenced a St. Louis man on Wednesday who pled guilty to killing two people at his son's funeral gathering. Cochee Hurn, 48, was sentenced to 17 years in prison in connection with the deaths of Kenneth O’Kelley, 45, and Christopher Jackson, 30.
